1. What was announced?

Bloomberg Industry Group has acquired Regology, the leading global regulatory intelligence platform. Regology is now part of Bloomberg Industry Group, bringing together Regology’s expertise and technology with Bloomberg Industry Group’s trusted resources, analysis, editorial coverage, workflow tools, and experience.

2.  Why did Bloomberg Industry Group acquire Regology?

Bloomberg Industry Group acquired Regology to strengthen its support for managing regulatory changes and compliance. Together, the two companies help professionals traverse a complicated landscape, anticipate what’s ahead, and act with confidence. By combining Bloomberg Industry Group’s extensive experience in legal, tax, and government affairs with Regology’s global regulatory content and leading AI technology, customers gain useful tools to identify risks quickly, understand what changes mean for them, and adjust as new rules arise.

3. What does this mean for Regology customers?

For Regology customers, operations will continue as usual. You can keep using the Regology platform along with all current products, services, and support channels without any changes. Our main focus is to ensure continuity by supporting your compliance teams without disruption.

4. How will this benefit customers over time?

With Bloomberg Industry Group and Regology working together, customers will see a more consistent approach to compliance. The combined team will help at every step, from tracking new regulations and identifying possible issues to appreciating their impact and remaining compliant. We are dedicated to investing in solutions that enable customers to work efficiently and create informed decisions.

5. Will the Regology platform continue to be supported?

Yes. Regology will continue to support the platform and its current features, the platform will continue to be developed and evolved to better support the needs of global compliance teams.

6. Will my contract, subscription, or pricing change?

There are no immediate changes to contracts, subscriptions, or pricing. If future changes are planned, your Regology account team will notify you directly and in advance.

7. Will my account team or customer success contact change?

There are no immediate changes to your Regology contacts. Please continue working with your current account and customer success teams. We will inform you of any future changes to your points of contact.

8. Will there be any disruption to service?

We do not expect any service disruption to the Regology platform.  

9. Will customer data remain secure?

Yes, your data will remain secure as protecting customer data is a top priority. We will keep up the security, privacy, and compliance standards you expect. If there are future changes to systems, data handling, or security processes we will be communicating it clearly and in accordance with customer agreements.
